The Regional Climate Centre for West Africa and the Sahel (AGRHYMET) is organising, in partnership with the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), the African Centre of Meteorological Applications for Development (ACMAD) and the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs), the Seasonal Forecasting of Agro-Hydro-Climatic Characteristics for the Sahelian and Sudanian Zones of West Africa and the Sahel (PRESASS) Forum. 

The PRESASS Forum will be held in Niamey from 24 to 28 April 2023. Its objective is to support national services (NMHSs) in the production of effective information in the field of food security and disaster risk reduction.

Within the ClimSA programme, AGRHYMET has established two regional user interface platforms in the agriculture and food security sector and in the water resources sector.
