In the Sahel and West Africa region, agriculture covers more than 70% of the livelihood’s populations, who do not always have access to climate information to carry out their agricultural activities. In this video, the AGRHYMET Regional Climate Center is showcasing how through the ClimSA Programme it aims to meet the challenges of disseminating climate information to help improve agricultural yields, and thus increase farmers’ incomes in Burkina Faso, one of the pilot countries of the ClimSA Programme.
